Devin has developed an expertise in flight dynamics and control for autonomous propulsive vehicles through his professional work at United Launch Alliance (ULA) and his time as a student at Texas A&M University. At ULA, Devin is primarily involved in mission design and integration for government and commercial programs for the Vulcan Centaur and Atlas V rockets. Devin received his master's and bachelor's in aerospace engineering at Texas A&M University with a concentration in dynamics and control, applying theory and practical engineering in his classwork and student organizations.
